selfridges windows by kyle bean

I love the idea behind all these window display at Selfridges created by Kyle Bean and it is an art installation rather showcasing - The law of conservation of mass.

Having worked for clients such as the New York Times and BBC, and created inspiring window displays for Hermes and Liberty, it’s unsurprising that Selfridges snapped up Brighton-based designer Kyle Bean’s talents, once he had pitched this wonderful window display concept to them. Drawing upon the theory that ‘Matter cannot be created or destroyed, only transformed’ – Bean’s window displays showcase objects in their original form, side by side with inspirational transformations, weighing scales demonstrating that even after transformation, the matter remains equal.

  2. I love the idea of the first window display - the minimalistic concept totally rocks! I also love the details that you made with the white castle - the books hanging to its opposite must probably be fairy tales!
