coffee joulies

I am sure want to get my hand on this. Coffee Joulies is a real treat for all coffee lovers.

Two young mechanical engineers from New Jersey, Dave Petrillo and Dave Jackson teamed up and worked for almost nine months to create Coffee Joulies, a boon for coffee drinkers. They claim that Coffee Joulies work with your coffee to accomplish two objectives. First, it quickly cools your blistering coffee to the precise temperature and second, it then holds it at that temperature twice as long as it would stay otherwise. In the middle of the stainless steel Joulie, there is a non-toxic substance with a temperature of 140 degrees Fahrenheit that absorbs a lot of energy as it melts. This bean is placed in the bottom a coffee mug or any other container, to which the coffee is then added. When the coffee temperature rises beyond 140 degrees F. the material melts and cools the coffee around it until it comes down to 140 degrees. Once the Joulie has dipped down to 140 degrees, it begins to solidify again, thus discharging the energy it stored while melting. This in turn keeps the coffee warm and that’s how the magic bean works.
